What is the secret to a mind full of happy thoughts?
First: part of your happiness comes with your genes!
But there is a lot you can do to make yourself even happier. For example:
Gratitude. Showing gratitude for the good things you have is the most powerful and empowering activity of happiness that already exists, and it will make you even happier. And the only thing all human beings have in common is the desire to be happy. And happiness comes from gratitude. We suggest you watch Ted Talk. The author is named David Steindl-Rast, ecumenical scholar. And to begin this practice you can, for example, every night before you lie down, write 3 good things that happened to you that day.
Do what makes you happy. Do more times what you like to do. As a rule, what we do with our “stamp” increases our happy thoughts. Think about the best version of yourself and move on. This force is the secret to increasing the “flow” of your life.
Spend more time with people you love. The happiest people are social and have strong relationships, and not spending time like this is something that you can regret someday.
Money is good. But there are better things. Not that money does not increase the sense of happiness, but if you want to be happier, you better spend your energy and time elsewhere. The money is good, but wanting the money a lot may not be that good.
To give. Giving makes us happier than receiving. In fact, it can even generate a cycle of feedbacks of happiness in your life. Helping others achieve goals brings joy. Doing good things for others today can literally make you happier the rest of the week.
Live the moment. Take time to enjoy the good things. Living the moment is one of the secrets of the happiest people. Focusing on the limited time we have in life is a good way to remember that it is important to savor each moment.
Effort. Usually you do not do what makes you happy, you do what it is easy. You are probably happier when you are busy than when you are doing nothing. Thinking and working can overcome sad thoughts.
Be optimistic. Optimism is fundamental. People with positive fantasies in their thoughts are always more satisfied. They score more in love and are more confident, and have fewer problems.
Sleep is fundamental. Because your morning mood certainly affects your mood for the rest of the day.
Frequency hits the intensity. Many small and good things are the way to happiness. It is the little things in life that bring lasting improvements to our happiness.
Avoid the most common regrets of life. Our time comes and: 1. I liked to have had the courage to live a life more faithful to myself, not the life that others expected of me; 2. liked not to have worked so much; 3. I liked having had the courage to express my feelings; 4. liked to have kept in touch with my friends; 5. liked to have been happier There are things you can do every day to improve your life.
And now, are you going to think happier?
