Reimagined masterpieces: our art is not painted and is made in Portugal

And then there’s art: for more than two millennia, religious stories and images have been reinterpreted by artists and storytellers in all creative mediums.

This is a project and work in progress that we have been doing since 2015 and is inspired by themes like Faith, Hope and Love, which reflect a contemporary vision of a traditional subject seen as always.

Here, we use artisanal techniques, such as the manual casting of the pieces, which allows us not to color artificially, that is, our art is not painted but rather colored from its casting to its solidification, or as we say: inside out!

Our art, and our vision of it, means hope for a better future and the possibility of change. When times are dark, there is a tendency to want to just give up. This art is original and invites you to find beauty, hope and positivity in everyday moments.

“And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of them is love.”

1 Corinthians 13:13

It is our ideal vehicle for communicating religious and spiritual realities, for many reasons. It transports us from the world we think we know and allows the focus to be on its contemplation, through colors, emotions, symbols, in the experience of “faith(s)” or even in its merely decorative character.

Made in Portugal.
